Quota club meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of each month (except in December - 2nd Tuesday) usually in person beginning at 5:30 with a social time and dinner at 6:00. Members meet at a local restaurant and are given the opportunity to participate in a 50/50 lottery, eat dinner and get a drink at a bar (if desired), hear a speaker and have a monthly business meeting. An email is sent to each member two weeks before the meeting requesting a dinner choice and a verification of the intent to attend the meeting. Guests are normally welcome and their first meeting dinner is provided at club expense.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, even though we are meeting in person now, the meetings are still occurring via Zoom. If you would like to attend a Zoom meeting as a guest, please email quotaofthecedarvalley@gmail.com or call Beth 319-610-4671.

The agenda of the meetings is sent to the members prior to the meeting with the minutes and treasurer reports from the previous meeting. If there are committee requests to be made, those are made and voted on by the entire membership. Motions may be brought forth at a meeting with discussion if necessary before voting.
Committee chair persons may also report on the happenings of their committees at this time as well as report on upcoming events.
